Mail from Ireland, Israel and Singapore

Letters from Israel and Ireland! The one from Ireland was a private swap!

Stamps from Israel.

These were inside the envelope from Ireland; US state postcards for my collection:)

I am in a dilemma: should I accept blank(no writing or stamps) country postcards to my postcard collection (as I want to collect a card from all the countries) or should I only accept cards that are directly sent stamped and written on from the country the card represents? I like both unwritten and written cards, but it feels weird if the card is empty, and somehow it doesn't feel like 'it belongs to me' and it isn't as special as a card that is personally dedicated to me. Does anyone else have similar thoughts?

Anyway, she also sent me so many extra cards from other countries to help me with my collection!

This pretty packet is from my Singaporean penpal.

Stamps!

She sent me...
super cute envelopes and stickers!

Panda key chain and card case (I already put my debit card into it hehe)

Singaporean advertisement cards!

Postcards designed by HER!! Soo talented!! I love these cards :)

Letter and candy!

  2. Mä ymmärrän mitä tarkotat tolla dilemmalla... Jos mul olis tollanen keräilyprojekti niin (koska oon pieni perfektionisti välillä) haluisin et kaikki kortit olis samalla tyylillä, eli jos osa on "omistettuja" postin kautta kulkeneita kortteja niin en haluis sinne sekaan tyhjiä kortteja :D Jos tästä selityksestä saa selkoa x)
Vähän yli super ihana toi paketti singaporesta!!! Noi kirjekuoret ja mainoskortit <3___<3

  3. I sometimes buy blank postcards for my collection, because at some places you're not allowed to take pictures (the Royal palace in Belgium e.g.). And sometimes simply because the pictures on the postcards are better than the ones I can take. I don't really like unwritten cards in my collection, but it is still better than none. ;)
Love the panda goodies by the way.

    1. Thanks for sharing :) I understand why you would buy postcards for yourself, in fact I have done so too!:D As you said - it's still better than none at all! Maybe I shouldn't be too picky and just accept empty country postcards to my collection as well~ Otherwise I may have to collect cards for even DECADES until I have finally completed the collection!!:o

To kyllä tosi hyvä idea mitä teet sun kavereiden kanssa!
