Incoming mail I received god know when

I am so slow posting my incoming mails here that I have got two letters from the same penpal and I haven't posted either one of them here yet! sigh! I must try to take a hold of myself and update my blog more frequently from now on.. 

Anyway here comes the first letter from my penpal I received weeks ago:

It's from my Taiwanese pal. She sent me stickers, booklet, Taiwanese candy and letter. (I'll soon update my blog again and post her newest letter to me then :)) And I love the stamps on the envelope!!

 I think I received this already during my summer vacation...? I just randomly found this photo in my folder and realized it's yet to be posted here -__-;;; My swap partner from Hong Kong sent me stickers, masking tape, letter set..:)

The Last Ones Left

The last bunch of outgoing mail that I haven't posted here yet!

 The big orange parcel going to my Singaporean penpal. The smaller next to it going to a Taiwanese girl.

 These two parcels are both going to the same girl in Hong Kong. They are filled with tea! A while ago I sent her a few bags of Finnish tea, and she totally loved them and asked me to swap more with her! So I went and bought her two packet of tea. I had to send them in seperate packets because that way the postage was cheaper xD

 I used my special stamps that I bought. They're released in 1993 and 1994~ They're as old as I am!

Lastly, these two envelopes are going to my "Let's share our washi/masking tape collections" -partners in Canada and Germany. I hope they'll like my tape designs ^o^

Outgoing love to Singapore + incoming letters and swaps (in Finnish)

Viime aikoina mun blogi on pitänyt sisällään lähinnä postikorttiaiheisia juttuja, mutta nyt on vihdoin taas muunkin postin vuoro!

(anteeksi huono laatu, otin sen kännykällä enkä muistannut ottaa kamerallakin niinkuin yleensä >_<)

Tämä paketti on tällä hetkellä matkalla kohti Singaporea! En olekaan lähettänyt pitkään aikaan näin painavaa postia, painoi meinaan n.997g ja hintakin pakahdutti melkein sydämen :'D Sit olisi kyllä ärsyttänyt, jos paketti olis painannut just sen gramman yli kilon, kun olisin heti joutunut maksamaan entistä enemmän uuden painoluokan myötä, ja melki ihan turhaan!! On se tarkkaa puuhaa tää pakettien lähettäminen.. Toivon vaan, että kirjekaveri tykkää siitä mitä hänelle laitoin menemään ^_^

Tää kortti lähti samaan osoitteeseen kuin pakettikin. Tykkään tästä kortista niin paljon!! Mun piti lähettää toi paketti 2.luokassa, niin tää kortti menee sit vähän niinkuin yllätyksenä vastaanottajalle ekana(toivottavasti ainakin!)!

 Kaksi kirjettä, Israelista ja HongKongista! Yhdessä vaiheessa mulla oli ihan mieletön pino kirjeitä odottamassa vastaamista, mut yhtenä päivänä sitten otin itseäni niskasta kiinni ja ahersin koko illan! Nyt on vaan nää plus yks eilen saapunut kirje odottamassa vastausta!:)
Jos teillä on pino kirjeitä odottelemassa, niin onko teillä jotain tiettyä järjestystä, missä vastaatte niihin? Yleensä varmaan kirjotetaan vastauspostia siinä järjestyksessä, missä ne on tullutkin..?Mä teen yleensä silleen, että yritän vastata sille ekana, jolta kirje on kaikken eniten aikaa sitten tullutkin. Poikkeus on jos tiedän, että jollekulle kestää posti matkata ikuisuuksia(esim. Kiinaan) tai jos lähetän paketin(2.luokassa yleensä), niin haluun vastata nopeesti! Vastaan ihmisille myös vähän siihen tahtiin, missä ne vastaa mulle! Joillakin kestää vastata mulle jopa kuukausia, niin itsekin sitten aattelen, että hänelle vastaus saa kestää kanssa :P Täytyy kyllä myöntää, että mulla on myös pari sellasta "suosikkia", joille haluisin alkaa heti kirjottaa vastauskirjettä, kun niiltä vaan tulee postia, ja niille mä yleisin vastaankin ekana, vaikka vuoroaan olisikin odottamassa pari muuta...Onko kellään sama juttu?:D

Tämä vika kirje tuli Indonesiasta ja kuoren sisältä paljastui nuo kaksi söpöä pupu-korttia! Ne tuli mun "Unexpected postcards in an envelope" -parilta. 

A Good Mail Day ´w`

Two packets and two postcards were in my mailbox a few days ago ´w`

They came from Canada, Spain and Singapore!

 The cards. The To-fu Oyako card is from my penpal in Singapore and the other card is from Canada. The card is quite hilarious, it says "Things I didn't see in Canada."

These were inside the packet that came from Spain. It was my first time ever to receive something from there! Spain is my favorite European country (*´▽｀*)ノ゛This was a private swap between I and a Spanish girl. She asked if we could start to exchange letters frequently! I am a little worried because she hasn't received the packet I sent to her already about a month ago! But she told the mail is so slow there so..I'll not give up my hope just yet~

One of the sweets she sent to me was actually a Finnish licorice bar. On the candy wrap there read "Produced in Finland." It was quite funny that this licorice bar traveled first from Finland to Spain, and then back to Finland :D

This is going to my private swap partner. She asked me to send her Moomin stamps. I also sent her a few Moomin cards as an extra as she told Moomin cards cannot be bought in Germany.

Yksityisswappiparilleni Saksaan. Hän pyysi minua lähettämään Muumi-postimerkkejä. Lähetin hänelle niiden mukana myös muutama Muumi-postikorttia, koska hän kertoi, ettei niitä saa Saksasta.

I decided that the "Unwanted Flat Things" -swap that I hosted was my last swap where I allow newbies to join. I'm so tired of and angry at all the flakers that gets in no matter what!! I truly did my very best to prevent flakers, but it seems my best effort wasn't enough :( I'm feeling sad for my decision, but no can do. I would love to help newbies get started at Swap-bot, but I cannot afford it any longer. Even the newbies, who look reliable and have even completed a few swaps with good ratings, are possible flakers, I've witnessed it by my own eyes. It's unfortunate that a few spoiled apples ruin the fun for good ones too. :(

Päätin, että vastikään hostaamani "Unwanted Flat Things" -swap oli vihoviimeinen swappi, johon annan uutukaisten lliityä mukaan. Swäppääjät, jotka huijaavat vaihdoissa, eivätkä koskaan lähetä pareilleen mitään, pistää vihaksi ja olen kyllästynyt heihin! Nytkin tein kaikkeni, jotta yksikään epäilyttävä ei pääsisi livahtamaan mukaan vaihtoon, mutta silti heitä tuli!! Vaikka kaikkeni tein, niin silti se ei ollut tarpeeksi :( Tuntuu ikävältä tehdä tälläinen päätös, mutta muuta ei ole tehtävissä. Minusta on mukavaa auttaa uusia swappääjiä pääsemään vauhtiin Swap-botissa, mutta nyt mulla ei ole siihen enää varaa. Nekin uutukaiset, jotka vaikuttavat luotettavilta, ja ovat jopa olleet jo muutamissa vaihdoissa mukana, ovat mahdollisia huijareita, olen saanut kokea sen ja nähdä omilla silmilläni. Tosi surkeaa, että noi muutamat mädät omenat pilaavat myös muiden ilon :/

Two chocolate bars swap received after 4 months

I joined "Two chocolate bars swap" back in October 2012. As you can guess, we were supposed to send our partners two chocolate bars! The last day to send out the swap was around mid-November. My partner(from U.S.) did send the swap on time, but I never received it. She kindly promised to re-sent it. She sent it around the beginning of January(I guess) A couple of weeks ago I contacted my partner again, asking whether she had re-sent the swap or not because I hadn't received it yet. She said she had sent it but to this day, I haven't received that packet either. She promised to re-sent the swap one final time. So in total she sent the same swap to me three times!! Crazy!

Finally, today I received a packet from her. It did not include any dates, so I thought it was the 2nd sent packet. I messaged her and sent a picture of the packet, and she said it was the 3rd sent packet. Today I also learned that the very first packet that she sent to me back in November 2012, was sent back to her for some reason. My own suspicion is, that she hadn't attached a custom declaration on the packet, so it might have never got out of the United States? As for the second packet, I have no idea what could have happened to it as for sure I haven't seen it in my mail box! 

This is the most complex swap I have ever taken part in! I'm happy I received the swap finally, although I feel sorry for my partner for she had to spent so much money on the postage :(

I love the chocolates, I've always wanted to try Hershey's!! I want to give big thanks to my swap partner :)

Send Me Bubble Gum!

I recently hosted a bubble gum swap! I received different gums from the United States and United Kingdom (^0^)

An amazing little packet♡♡ I really liked the envelope she sent the gums in; it's an air mail envelope and super cute stamps on it!! I wonder if those kind of air mail envelopes can be found here in Finland or online store? They're my favorite envelopes (*_*) I love the air mail pattern!! So far I've received those kind of envelopes from UK, HongKong and South Korea.. so they must be sold somewhere in Finland too, right?!

Sain todella mukavan pikkupaketin!! Erityisesti pidin hänen kirjekuorestaan, koska se on airmail /lentoposti-kuvioinen!! Tykkään tuosta lentopostikuviosta, tuommoset kuoret on minun lemppareitani!! Tietääköhän kukaan, myydäänkö niitä jossain päin Suomea? Minulle on tullut postia tuollaisissa kuorissa Englannista, Hong Kongista ja Koreasta, eli pakkohan niitä on myös Suomessa myydä vai??

As usual, I shared the gums with my brother and both of us enjoyed the gums! My favorite was the Cotton Bubble Gum!! It was cotton candy and inside it was gum. 

I also gave some gums for my another brother, his girlfriend, my mom and dad. Everyone gets to have a little international feeling when living with me~xD 

Niinkuin aina, maistelin purkkia veljeni kanssa. Kaikki purkat olivat hyviä, mutta minun lemppari oli Cotton Bubble Gum. Se oli hattaraa, jonka sisällä purkaa. 

Annoin noita purkkia myös toiselle veljelle, sen tyttöystävälle, iskälle ja äitille. Musta tuntuu, että mun veljen tyttöystävä varmaan aattelee, että mä oon ihmetyyppi kun välillä lähettelen mun veljen mukana sille kaikenlaista mitä saan ulkomailta :D

SO MUCH DIFFERENT BUBBLE GUMS!! She sent them in a big packet. I can't even.. wow. I am very grateful! Now I have gum to chew for the whole next year =D 

Parini Yhdysvalloista lähettä kolme isoa pussillista ja yhden pitkän patukan purkkaa!! Vaihdossa ei tarvinnut lähettää läheskään näin paljon purkkaa, joten oli suuri yllätys! Nyt minulla on purkkaa varmaan koko ensi vuodeksi :D

Favorite Candy Swap August .

I joined the Favorite Candy Swap - August already a long time ago, and sent my packets to my partners. However, I received a packet only from one of my two partners. The another partner of mine flaked on me :--( It was my first time someone cheated on me at Swap-pot (and hopefully also the last time!) I don't understand why some people must be like that, first join swap and then never sent anything, they just make others feel bad!! 

 Anyway, today I got a small packet from ClumsyKisses in UK. She angeled me! (=she was "an angel" and sent me the swap because the flaker swapper didn't) 

The "postage paid" stamp is SO COOL!! UK mail is Royal mail and there is a picture of a Queen. I'l keep that sticker for ever haha ! Because usually those "postage paid" stamps are plain white..so boring.

The sweets. She sent me her favorite British chocolates. I like them very much and I'll share them with my little brother(he was even more excited over the candy swap than I was! I always share all the foreigner candies with him :))

Last week has been a rather busy post week! I have got a lot of packets or letters!! My friends are almost as excited over my post as I am(at least it feels so), they're always snooping around the post box(which is located in our school building) and informing me "you've got mail!!!" and they also want to explore all the things that I get lol ! 

Anyway, last Friday I finally got a packet from my Snail Mail Kit -partner  ♪ d(⌒o⌒)b♪

Tape!! I like it because it's more thick than normal tape so it's good for taping packages!

All in all I'm very pleased with the package and want to say my thanks to Lynden Monof2. 

Second packet arrived from Australia. It was my first time to receive a packet from there!

The package contained Hello Kitty sweets! I shared the candy with my friends and brother & mom and everyone liked them a lot =D

This is for Asian Junk -4 swap! I think the first envelope got lost during its journey to Finland because I never received it so my partner re-sent the swap!

A mysterious packet =D

Today when I woke up, this envelope was waiting for me. I had no idea why it had arrived to me ! 

When I opened the envelope, there were this bag:

(the bag itself should have rang some bells, but no.)

I thought it's for the Hello Kitty-swap because I saw a piece of Hello Kitty inside the bag.

But it wasn't for the HK swap... 

My second thought was "it must be for the Snail Mail Kit that I joined recently!" <--- But it couldn't be possible because the partners were assigned only few days ago!

This is what were inside of the bag:

Letter paper, envelopes, stickers, memo sheets.... Sooo much nice cute stuff >w<

Then I saw this note. The packet was the Kawaii Lucky Bag that Moni promised to send me!!=D 

Actually she told me a few days before the packet arrived, that she had sent it, but I didn't remember it anymore(maybe because it was morning so I was still half asleep :D) 

Anyway, I like the Lucky Bag alot, thank you Moni!

This is my Hello Kitty-lucky bag that I promised to send for Christine. I'll send it as soon as possible! Honestly her address was too hard to write, I re-wrote it like three times until all the letters were in the right places =D

Lucky Bag: the idea of LB is to offer several items(eg. Hello Kitty, kawaii, teabags, snail mail kit,,,..) and the person who wants one of them, will tag you and you'll send her the items in a bag, and then she will offer something to someone else and so on! :)
